Return Policy:  We accept returns on all unopened merchandise EXCEPT Die Cut Machines.  The customer is responsible for all shipping charges, and there is a 25% restocking fee subtracted from the total amount of tender returned to the customer.  All Die Cut Machines are not accepted as returns.   However, all machines come with a warranty that is provided by the manufacturing company.  You will need to contact the manufacturing company to address any issues you may encounter with a die cut machine.  All returns must be received back into our store within 30 days of purchase.
